What is your return/refund policy?
Each item is personally designed and processed, so all sales are final. However, if you receive a defective or damaged item, wrong order, or other issue, please reach out on my contact page, and Outer Bounder will promptly resolve your issue.
Any issues, refunds, or questions about EcoFlow products should be directed to EcoFlow. As an EcoFlow affiliate, Outer Bounder receives a small commission, while offering EcoFlow customers a 5% discount with the code “OUTERBOUNDER” (no quotes). However, EcoFlow products are sold directly by EcoFlow, which is a separate entity than Outer Bounder.
What is your processing and shipping time?
The processing and shipping times are listed as a reasonable expectation of the timeframe you can expect to receive your item. Most items should arrive to you in less than 2 weeks.
How do I care for or wash the products?
If there are special care or wash instructions, you can find those details on the individual product page on my site.
Can I get a design modification or personalization that isn’t exactly featured?
If you wish for a design modification or specific personalization that isn’t featured, please get in touch using my contact form to describe your preferences, and I’ll do absolute best to customize it for you.
Do you offer design proofs?
For customizations that aren’t featured on the site, yes. Otherwise, proofs are not offered because the photographs and mockups pictured are reasonably representative of the actual item you will receive. There may be slight differences for color variations because different digital screens display colors different, and certain clothing sizes may slightly affect trimming of design elements near the borders/edges. For quality assurance, I have also ordered product samples to ensure the quality of print, colors, materials, and design placement.
